What is our culinary identity?
At PCT our culinary identity starts with a combination of whole, fresh, natural, and organic ingredients. Our scratch-made recipes call for the freshest of herbs, spices, fruits, vegetables, and proteins available and delivered daily. Our corn and flour tortillas are made by hand every morning. PCT’s Jicama tortillas are sliced fresh from the root vegetable while homemade salsas such as our house tomatillo, roasted, tomatillo, garlicky arbol, and habanero resonate with fresh herbs, chilis, vegetables, and peppers. Guests at PCT won’t find a walk-in cooler or freezer in our establishment. Instead wholesome fruits, vegetables, and clean proteins on display are used in our open air kitchen design intended to offer our patrons the full Pacific experience.
Baja staples like fresh fish and shrimp tacos both grilled and fried with scratch-made sauces and tortillas.
Specialty tacos include pulled pork, bang bang shrimp, Hawaiian Kalua pork, pacific octopus, and jerk chicken.
Fresh sliced jicama tortillas for tacos such as Korean Beef, Banh Mi, Kung Fu Chicken, & Pacific Veggie.
Sushi grade yellowfin Poke bowls, Baja protein bowls, along with cold, clean ceviche’s and seafood cocktails.
Pacific Coast Tacos’ conceptual design
Just like the Pacific, our design boasts an attitude! PCT is energetic, inviting and lively. We celebrate an adventurous and challenging lifestyle and the design of PCT reflects that mantra.
The bar menu offers a high quality selection of scratch made margaritas, palomas and agua frescas in addition to a quality draft and bottled beer list. And, what Baja inspired restaurant would be complete without unique Tequila & mezcal flights with food pairing options will be featured daily along with fresh fruit based non alcoholic options.
Pacific Coast Tacos is a west coast casual restaurant. Patrons are welcomed to a clean, sharp open, and edgy atmosphere complimented by warm elements such as greenery, enhanced color schemes and inviting furniture. The restaurant includes an open kitchen featuring our culinary team at work with fresh fruit and vegetable displays and Baja design. The open dining and patio area offer dining sections accommodating singles and families.
Bar & Patio
Our proud commitment to freshness and quality in product and extends to our bar. Natural agaves, fresh fruits, vegetables, and juices are key ingredients in our cocktails. Pacific Coast Tacos is dedicated to the commitment of avoiding artificial flavors, sugars, and synthetically infused spirits. We do it ourselves and we’re proud of it!
