Owners Lyndsay and Lincoln Ward are Sugar Land locals with keen sense of adventure and a drive to create something unique. Flavorful. Edgy. Unexpected. Fresh. That’s just what they’ve done here at Pacific Coast Tacos! The menu features an innovative blend of flavors from the Pacific Rim, with favorites from the West Coast of the United States, down to Mexico and South America, reflecting cultural influences of Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, Hawaii and French Polynesia.

You’ll discover surprising, creative combinations of flavors, like our signature guac topped with fresh mango, jicama, green apple and radish. Treat your taste buds to our flavorful creations like Hawaiian Kalua Pork Tacos, Thai Chili Chicken Tacos or the Korean Beef Taco. Our unique take on tacos will blow your mind.

Simply Better Food

At PCT, every dish starts with whole, fresh, natural and organic ingredients. Our scratch-made recipes call for the freshest herbs, spices, fruits, vegetables and proteins available. Our fresh ingredients are delivered daily. We make our corn and flour tortillas by hand every morning. PCT’s jicama tortillas are sliced fresh from the root vegetable, while homemade salsas such as our house tomatillo, roasted, tomatillo, garlicky arbol and habanero resonate with fresh herbs, chilis, vegetables and peppers. You won’t find a walk-in cooler or freezer at PCT. Instead, we craft delicious fresh dishes using the wholesome fruits, vegetables and clean proteins you see on display in our open-air kitchen. This design is intended to offer you the full Pacific experience!

The full bar menu features a high-quality selection of refreshing scratch-made cocktails, margaritas, palomas, sangrias and delicious agua frescas. We are committed to avoiding artificial flavors, sugars, and synthetically infused spirits, so we create our own natural agaves, infused with fresh fruits, veggies and peppers. Plus, you’ll find an impressive collection of beer and wine selections. And, what Baja-inspired restaurant would be complete without unique tequila and mezcal flights with food-pairing options?

Pacific Coast Tacos is a West Coast casual restaurant. You’ll discover a spacious, clean and edgy atmosphere, with large garage doors opening to a covered patio and a scenic view of Sugar Creek. The environment is warm and inviting, featuring eye-catching Italian tiles highlighted with white-washed shiplap, custom metal framing and plenty of lush greenery. You can watch our culinary team at work in the innovative open-air kitchen or enjoy the outdoors on our lovely patio.
